Our honey is raw (unpasteurized), lightly strained to remove any wax fragments or other matter from the hive during the extraction process.
It has all the natural goodness nature intended, as well as bee pollen which provides many health benefits, including seasonal allergies.
We take great pride in the quality of our honey. We have received many complements about the unique taste of our honey; it is very light on the palette with subtle floral overtones.
Our honey is packaged in glass jars and plastic squeeze bottles, available in 1lb and 2lb containers. Also in easy pour plastic jugs with handles, available in 3lb, 5lb and 1 gallon. We sell bulk; in 3.5 gallon buckets and 55 gallon barrels.
We also have available comb honey, chuck honey and honey sticks.
We strive to keep our bees healthy too, and are always looking for locations where our bees can forage on fallow land. We sell single source honey, such as aster, clover, wildflowers, buckwheat basswood, as well as diverse tree species.

What is bee pollen and how is it collected.
Pollen is the male part of the flower and is necessary for the fertilization of the plant and continuation of the species.
Honey bees fill their pollen baskets (one on each rear leg), with pollen grains on every flight to and fro from the hive. Pollen is like a fine dust and is mixed with honey by the bees for transportation. The bees pass through a screen in the pollen trap as they enter the hive, resulting in about 60% of the pollen granules being brushed into a pollen drawer, which is removed after a few hours by the beekeeper. It is screened to remove any debris, dehydrated and then frozen to preserve its freshness.
The honey bee instinctively collects only the freshest and most potent pollen available. Depending on the floral source, the color of pollen can vary as well as the taste.
For centuries, pollen has been valued in many parts of the world for its medicinal uses. Many vegetarians and athletes enjoy it for its high protein content, providing athletes faster recovery after stressed performance, allergies, skin maladies, stamina, immune health and constipation.
It is abundant in vitamins (A, B1, B2, B12, B complex, C and E), minerals, proteins, amino acids and trace elements. Take 1-2 teaspoons daily. Consult with doctor as necessary.
Serving suggestions: sprinkle on toast, English muffins, stir in yogurts, smoothies or cold cereals.
Best stored in cool dry place for longer shelf life.

Most candles are made with paraffin, a petroleum by-product, which is not natural and some consider unhealthy to burn. To prepare it for candle making, it is chemically bleached and hardened, then artificially scented. Burning paraffin emits harmful, black soot and pollutes the air.
Currently, there are no regulations in the U.S. on disclosing ingredients on candle labels. You may find candles labelled "beeswax" that are made with paraffin, or other candle waxes, and contain as little as 1% beeswax. We are very proud to say that we use 100% beeswax in all of our candles.
Beeswax candles have been highly prized since ancient times. Honey bees make their wax from the nectar they collect from flowers. Pure beeswax candles have a delightful sweet fragrance, burn longer, more cleanly and give off more light than other wax candles.
We have a wide variety of 100% pure beeswax candles: floating candles, tealights, votives, pillars of varying heights and shapes, colonial and tapers. Also decorative ones such as a skep, bear skep, bee, 3 tier cake, carved egg, pine cone, frog, chicken, angel .....
Pure beeswax may develop a film called bloom over time, which can easily be removed by buffing with a soft cloth.
